Analyser for on-line and continuous measurement of dissolved sodium.
HIGHER PERFORMANCES
Relative error : < ±5 % or ±0,5 µg/l
Stability (1 week) : < 5%
Repeatability : < + 2%
OPERATION PRINCIPLE
The measurement principle of the sodium analyser SCA 2340 is based on the use of a specific electro-chemical, associated to a sample conditioning system using ammonia, i.e. :
- Compliant with ASTM D 2791 standard
- Assuring the pH stability and ionic strength
- Well-known and commonly used product, subjected to a stabilized legislation, conditioned in tested metal bottles, without explosive risk.
The automatic dual point calibration is realized by graduated solutions addition, related to international standards in accordance with ISO 10012-1 ou NF X 07-010 standards. In conformity with ISO 9000, this calibration process guarantees measurement traceability.
The calibration system takes into account :
- past calibrations,
- acceptance criteria,
- 20 past calibrations memorizing,
- detection of any calibration system failure.
